Swim Clinics

 

AquaSol Swim Team is a member of  Sierra Nevada Swimming, a part of USA Swimming.

We are based at the Western Slope Aquatic Center on the Union Mine High School campus in the town of El Dorado, California. 

AquaSol is a family oriented, elite year-round competitive swim program that encourages sportsmanship and personal growth at all levels.

It includes instruction, training, education and competition for kids 6–18+ years of age.

Our swimmers attend one team meet a month. 

We also offer a Coached Master's Program for adults - all levels encouraged.

Summer Swim Hours ~ Start Monday, June 1st
Pre-team-Tuesday & Thursday 4:30-5:00  (now taking openings)
Level 1-Monday, Wednesday 4:30-5:30 & Thursday 5:00-6:00
(Please only come on those designated days to allow Janine to have alone time with the level 2 swimmers to do more interval training.)
Level 2-Monday, Wednesday & Friday 4:30-5:30
              Tuesday & Thursday 5:00-6:00
Level 3-Monday-Friday 4:30-6:00
Masters-Monday, Wednesday & Friday 5:30-6:30
               Tuesday & Thursday 6:00-7:00
Seniors-Monday-Thursday 5:30-7:30 p.m., Friday 4:30-6:30 p.m.
               Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 6:00-8:00 a.m.
                 Saturday 7:00-9:00a.m.  (if dolphins have a home meet we will swim earlier on Saturdays.)
