AquaSol is a family oriented, quality year-round swim program that encourages fitness, sportsmanship and personal growth for all ages and abilities.


Aquasol provides instruction, training, education and competition for athletes of all ages.

We offer programs for competitive swimming (Age Group and Masters) progressing from local meets to Junior Olympics to Regional and National Championships.

We also offer Fitness Training (ages 13-18) to get and stay in shape for swimming and to help athletic performance in other sports. Swimming is the ultimate in cross-training.

These programs are directed by highly trained and certified coaches and designed to meet the goals of all types of athlete.
Whether it is competitive swimming or fitness training, beginner or advanced, we have a program for you!
