Hey guys,

It has been a couple of years now since I left my swim family but I am still watching all of you.  I get all of the meet results from Swim Connection and of course from the news letters.  I can't tell you how proud I am of all of you ... those of you that I was able to coach and those of you that have joined later.  AquaSol will always be a big and important part of my life.  AquaSol  is very special and will be an important part of your memories in the years to come.  The hours that you spend in the pool will payback for the rest of your life.

"Swim until it hurts and then swim some more".

Leaving was sad :-( but it was time.  Everyday we wake up, check the wind and the sail to a new and magical country.  We sailed most of the east coast, Bahamas, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and all the islands down to South America and back again.  Everyday is a new adventure!  Next it is on to Bonaire and then to Columbia.

We get to SCUBA  and snorkel everyday ... it is a hard life.  If you want to read more about our adventures, you can check our Sailing Log".  We try to update each month.
