AquaSol Swim Team

Swim Training

We are based at the Western Slope Aquatic Center on the Union Mine High School campus in the town of El Dorado, California.

AquaSol is a family oriented, quality year-round swim program that encourages fitness, sportsmanship and personal growth for all ages and abilities.

Aquasol provides instruction, training, education and competition for athletes of all ages.

We offer programs for competitive swimming (Age Group and Masters) progressing from local meets to Junior Olympics to Regional and National Championships. 

We also offer Fitness Training (ages 13-18) to get and stay in shape for swimming and to help athletic performance in other sports.  Swimming is the ultimate in cross-training.

These programs are directed by highly trained and certified coaches and designed to meet the goals of the athlete. 

Whether it is competitive swimming or fitness training, beginner or advanced – we have a program for you.

AquaSol won the "Spirit Award" at Junior Olympics for the Short Course and Long Course season in 2010
AquaSol won "Most Improved Team" at Junior Olympics for the 2011 Short Course JO's.
AquaSol won the "Spirit Award" at Junior Olympics for the 2011 Long Course JO's.
Jonah Harm broke the Sierra Nevada record (21 year old record) in the 50 fly at the 2011 Long Course JO's.
Haley Owens broke the Junior Olympic record in the 200 breaststroke at the 2011 Long Course JO's.
Jonah Harm and Kevin Mertz placed 2nd overall at the Long Course 2011 JO's in their age-groups.
