Practice

Swimmers should plan to arrive at the pool early, dress, stretch and be prepared to start practice promptly as follows:

Pre-Team:
M-F = 4:30-5:00pm

Level 1:
M-Thurs = 4:30-5:00pm
Friday  = 5:00-5:30pm

Level 2:
M-Thurs = 5:00-6:00pm
Friday = none

Level 3:
M-F = 4:30-6:00pm

Pre-Senior:
M-F = 4:30-7:00pm

Senior:
M-F = 4:30-7:000pm
M-F = 6:00-8:00am
Saturday = 7:00-9:00am

Masters:
M-TH = 6:00-7:30pm
Friday = 4:30-6:30pm

Fitness:
M-TH = 6:30-7:30pm
Friday = 5:00-6:00pm
M-F = 6:30-7:30am

Level 1

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Practice schedule is subject to change at the sole discretion of AquaSol and the coaches.

AquaSol swimmers are entitled to a supervised work-out, but not a specific time of day. AquaSol swimmers that can not make their designated practice must make arrangements with their coach before being allowed to swim in a different group.

Due to an illness or injury, the coach may require a doctor's note for the swimmer to return to practice.
