Lauren achieved best times in all nine of her races at the CCA Spooktacular Age Group Swim Meet.

She took 21.75 seconds off her 200 yard freestyle and earned five new time standards in her events. 

"Lauren has done a tremendous job not only at the most recent meet in Roseville but at the last three meets she has attended", said Coach Steve Skidmore. 

"Her steady improvement allows her to compete individually at the Junior Olympic level.  She swims the full complement of events offered at nearly every team meet and still comes always with 100 percent best times.  She has put forth more effort at practice and as a result she shows up with a lot more confidence."

 The Worker of the Month award goes to 11-year old Abigail Brouwer.  Abigail joined AquaSol at the end of the summer and is already swimming in the level 2 group.

Abigail just recently moved up to level 2 and is doing really well, "  said Coach Janine Joy. 

She has great attendance, does her best in practice and improving very , very quickly."
