Coleman Goode, 16, voted “Swimmer of the Month” obtained new time standards in five events: 200 backstroke, 200 breaststroke, 400 IM, 50 freestyle and 100 butterfly; and garmered first place finishes in the 1650 freestyle and 100 backstroke. About Goode, Coach Steve Skidmore said, “Coleman handled the inclement weather really well and did a great job racing at Woodland . He is well on his way to making USA Sectional times in the more difficult events.”  10-year-old Emily Gudeman was selected by AquaSol coaches as Worker of the Month. “Emily has great attendance.
