Swimmer of the Month

Caroline Mertz, AquaSol Swimmer of the Month for July, achieved seven best times and time standards in her eight swims. 

"Caroline has been extremely dedicated, and her attention to detail in practice has really paid off, with her getting nearly 100% in best times," said AquaSol head coach Steve Skidmore.  "She sets a great example for her teammates."
