The Senior Swimmer of the Month is 13-year old Rose Christeson.
Rose has raised her level of effort at practice and has more confidence at the meets. She is a lot less afraid of the larger sets and distances that we do in the senior group. She seems to be enjoying the "big picture". Way to go, Rose! The Junior Swimmer of the Month is 12-year old Caffrey Lynch.
Caffrey had a great meet at Folsom this month. Her swims showed everyone how hard she's been working in practice and how much she loves swimming. Caffrey loves to demostrate and is very helpful when a new swimmer joins the group. She is a leader in the group and her dedication to swimming pays off. Caffrey is a pleasure to have in my group.
