Anna Joy

Ive been on AquaSol for about two years now, and I already feel like the people there are my second family. My team mates and coaches have always known what to say to make me feel better. The workouts are great, and they challenge me, but are still very fun. I alweys feel like I've acomplished somthing after I get out of the pool. Everyone has been so kind and encouraging. I love AquaSol!!!

Kaitlin Lishman

Aqua Sol Clinic has been a wonderful experience for me. I have gained physical strength and many great new friendships. I'm looking forward to this being my home in the Fall 2010. Oh, I also want to say how friendly and welcoming everyone has been. It has really meant to world to me and my family! Thank you!! :)

Aqua Sol has the BEST coaches, who are always willing to go the extra mile...to make you a better swimmer. And the people you become friends with become more like family, which makes practice so special and something to look forwards to every day. I love AquaSol!

Aquasol has the best combination of talent and pool!

Swimming helps me to focus and order things in my life and gives me a boost to face the pressures that life throws at me. Its the one thing I can control in my life, yet paradoxically I can't control; like winning a meet. The pool at Union Mine High School has by far, the best water quality that Ive ever encountered. I have swam with other groups/teams that routinely do 4-5000 yds a workout; yet I have never received the quality stroke-specific coaching that Coach Janine is famous for!

The AquaSol Masters workout has been great.

Easy on the back and knees (as opposed to running). Also I have made some great friends. Oh, and Coach Janine has somehow turned me into a fairly decent swimmer.
