USA swim meet registration is completed by the swimmer or parent. USA meets fill up quickly so it is important to register your swimmer for the meet as soon as the meet opens for registration. Meet registration will close once the meet reaches the set swimmer cap or the registration end date. We are unable to add swimmers after this maximum number has been reached.
Make sure to check the Team Calendar on the home page of our website before signing up for a meet. Swimmers are not allowed to attend meets that are not on our team calendar, and without an AquaSol coach.
Contact your swimmer's group coach if you have questions regarding what events to enter your swimmer. Swimmers typically enter 3-4 events per each swim meet day. Some meets will require that you have an entry time for your swimmer. Please reach out to your swimmer group coach for assistance with creating these times. If meet registration allows, and you do not have a time for your swimmer in an event, register with NT (this means "no time")
All swimmers must be USA registered to be a member of AquaSol Swim Team. You will be unable to enter a swim meet without a USA swimming registration ID.
