AquaSol alum, Patrick Sammon, wins men's 200 Freestyle @ Men's Pac-12 Swimming/Dive Championships!

This past weekend teams from the Pac-12 conference competed in the Men's Pac-12 Swimming/ Diving Conference Championships.  Arizona State University (ASU) is one of the teams that competed in the Championships.  Patrick Sammon, an AquaSol alum, is a junior competing for ASU.

On the third night of finals Patrick was representing ASU and competing in the men's 200 individual Freestyle.  In the morning prelims, Patrick posted a 1:32.06 to place 4th and qualify for the finals.  In the finals, Patrick finished in 1st place posting a time of 1:31.87 to become a Pac-12 Men's Champion in the 200 Freestyle!

ASU went on to win the Pac-12 Championship scoring over a 1,000 points and having a winning margin of over 300 points.  Congratulations to ASU and Patrick Sammon.  Both the team and Patrick are now gearing up for a run at a Division I NCAA title!
