AquaSol senior swimmers competed at the Speedo Sectional Championships in Novato, California at the College of Marin. The event ran July 17th – 20th, 2025. The meet was competed in long course meters and was a trials and finals format. The Western Zone Sectional Championships qualifying times were used for the athletes to participate in the competition. Congratulations to Makena Acosta, Wyatt Little, and Davis Martin for being selected to the Sierra Nevada Western Zones Team. They will be competing with the other best age group swimmers in the LSC at Elk Grove on August 5-9th against other LSC all star teams from around the west coast. Aquasol swimmers from Orange to Senior group participated at the Elk Grove Slides and Slices meet last Saturday evening. Over 90% of those athletes attending went at least one best time and excellent swims were had by all. This meet is a trials and finals format and competed in long course meters. The meet draws athletes from all over Northern California and Nevada and is a first step in prepping for the upcoming summer long course season. The TYR Pro Series took place in Sacramento, California for the first time over the weekend of April 2nd to 5th, 2025. The meet was hosted at the North Natomas Aquatic Center. Aquasol brought a team of 36 athletes to the 2025 Sierra Nevada Short Course Championships, held March 7-9 by the Vacaville Swim Team at the Walter Graham Aquatic Center in Vacaville.
